Rush Edge 11U - 12U Winter Camp Session 3
The purpose of the Rush Edge Program:
- Create a consistent training option for players throughout the year which expands on the technical themes prioritized within Team Training Sessions.
- Provides an environment which brings about more detailed technical instruction.
- Helps players develop their own self-training regimens.
Sessions during the winter will focus on developing a player’s ability to:
- Create space from defenders when dribbling.
- Confidently possess the ball and utilize the dribble when under pressure.
- Play with purpose.
- Win more 1v1 duels during games.
